Pet health data is stored on our servers (Google Cloud Firestore) to provide the Service, including data synchronization and backup. When offline, data is also cached locally on your device. This data is used solely for providing and improving the App, and is not shared with or sold to any third parties.
When you use the App, we may collect diagnostic data through third-party services in the event of an error. This Log Data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, usage timestamps, and other diagnostic statistics.

Your pet health data is stored on Google Cloud Firestore servers. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our servers.
